The breeder (known also in english ATB - Auntie The Breeder) is Päivi.
As my Créme de la Créme helper I have my husband Esa
and our kennelboys, two sons: Rasmus and Niklas.
I have grown up with dogs and already as a teenager I was training a gigantig Riesenschautzer Toto.
My very first own Riesen I bought in 1986.
The first Flanders Cattledogs I saw in the end of the Eighties.
Already then I was impressed about the breed.
In 1996 we bought our first Bouvier.
I gave my husband three breeds to choose from:
Riesenschnautzer, Black Russian Terrier or Bouvier.
A decision that was never regretted.
Our first bouvier, Sarol Gillette "Kille" was one of the dogs of my life.
A truly extension of a (wo)mans mind. A dog, I am forever grateful for.
The Dog, who made me really fall in love to this wonderful breed.
Today we have four Bouviers and one Schapendoes at home.
Plus a Friesian and KWPN horse in the stable... :)
There is life outside Holland... or is there...?
(yes there is, because we have one miniature Shetland pony too ;)
Our first litter of bouviers was born in 2008.
The second in 2010.
The dame for both these litters is our Dutch import bitch,
our fifth own bouvier.
We breed with time and not for the amount of puppies nor the money.
As a breeder I find my most important duty to be assuring good overall growth for the puppies.
It is so priviledged to see the tiny little dogs develop into glad, healthy little puppies.
It does however take a lot of time and effort. Countless nail clippings, combing and lots of other experiences!
And it is always so lovely to see the dogs you've bred, coming their tails wagging to see the ATB... even for grooming ;D
